I received a call at 4am this past Saturday morning and it was Vasu Benard and he told me that his wife Beth went home after several years of fighting breast cancer. He told me he was listening to the Carry Me Home cd and he thanked me for the music as it was helping him through this difficult time. I was so blessed by this and I thanked God for His mercy and grace. I thanked Him for the opportunity to serve my brother and sister in Christ in this way. I spoke with George Black who produced and co wrote alot of the cd and told him this amazing thing as well. It's my prayer that when you are looking at your last day on earth that you know beyond a shadow of a doubt where you will go. Will you be in heaven with Jesus? Do you have a real relationship with God? I know Beth does and I am confident where she has gone. She isn't in pain anymore and she is in heaven with my sister Debbie. Hello Everyone! Greetings in Christ. I just wanted to take a moment and update you all on the progress of rehearsals that have started and will continue throughout the summer for the fall tour schedule dates to be announced. For those of you that want to come to worship time at the Upper Room please come and worhship on Friday night. The heat has been turned up on the weather and on my ministry. More and more faith is being required and lots of prayer. Please continue to pray for this ministry and for those we need to reach for Christ. Also please be in prayer for an event that has been put on my heart called the Joyfest in Auburn. I want to have a cancer awareness and fundraiser concert for the cancer research insitute in Auburn. As many of you know my sister Debbie Joy Kanzler died last year from cancer and I want to keep her memory alive and bring a time of hope and togetherness amongst the cancer survivors,families,and patients. Just a time of love and being one in Christ. I always ask what would Christ do? And Love always comes back to me as the answer. He would love others. SO if any of you want to volunteer that would be a blessing. I love you all in Christ. JP

Romans 3:23&24 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus. I've made a lot of mistakes in my life and I am far from perfect. But it so comforting to know that if you ask for forgiveness and really strive to change your ways you can be forgiven. Maybe not by someone else on earth but by God through His only begotten Son. You don't have to be like the traveler going through the airport with lots of baggage. Everyone knows how hard that is. But rather you can be set free of that burden and that baggage so that this life can be enjoyed and you can fulfill your mission here. I know some may think well how is this possible, I have done so many wrong things to myself or others..How can God forgive me? Jesus Christ is the bridge that makes it possible. He paid the ransom for our sin on the cross so that through Him we may receive the gift of grace. We can never earn grace. We are undeserving for sure but the Way, the Life and the Truth is Christ Jesus. It is my prayer that if you don't have a relationship with our Father in Heaven that you would simply ask Jesus Christ into your heart today. You can say a prayer like this. Father I have been lost and afraid and I want to be accepted and forgiven please forgive me and come into my heart today. If you say these words God will change your life. I know because I was lost and He has transformed me and is working in my life big time. I have asked to be forgiven and I also forgive others. That is key because one can not expect to be forgiven if they do not forgive others. The Lords Prayer shows us this. Please know I love you and so does God and we will both be back tomorrow. Hello Everyone. I just wanted let you know what I have been up to. Well as you probably know we have finished the record. We are starting to plan more performance dates and rehearsals. Gio has finished the new website and I would like to thank him for all his efforts. George Black just got back from Japan and is probably back in the studio producing in LA. I'm busy trying to get the word out about the music and see if I can get the radio to play it. Summer is a great time of the year with a lot of things to do. JP and his band rocked Vacaville and the "Stand and Be Counted" Music Festival headlined by Mercy Me. They were as hot as the venue today for sure. JP met a lot of other Christian recording artists like Godspeed from LA, the Afters and the Katinas. It was a great day of music, worship and fellowship. Praise God. JP's fans heard six of his new songs live for the first time. Rocking tunes like I Know Who You Are, and The Kingdom, the Power and the Glory as well as the River of Mercy and the Change. JP ended the show with The Truth and had everyone wanting more. With JP's message to the crowd that if anyone was lacking purpose, hope or just needed to be loved to look to Christ and He would answer, there were a few who received Him and were forever changed.
